2nd home I have closed with PennyMac and they are always quick and pleasent to work with. You always have a person that is your point of contact and make sure your happy throughout the process. They are very transparent and easily reachable.
Always needed updated doccuments. When we asked if the documention was sufficient we were told yes, but the process was so long, you kept asking for more and updated docuents.
I understand that the mortgage industry is very busy, but our application was close to 60 days active. Then when Gina was reassigned to our case, it all move to completion very quickly. Thanx Gina!
