Gina was very professional in going over all my documents, very clear and precise. I felt extremely bad for Gina, she did receive my documents In a timely manner, which cause her to run late. Gina was very professional in delivering and explaining my documents in which I needed to complete. I did feel extremely bad that Gina had to come out in such bad weather the nights that I had to sign my documents, but she was fantastic. I would recommend her to all!
The whole process for closing was fast and only took about an hour. Wonderful service!

Overall, this was a very easy process from the initial information gathering phone call to closing with a mobile notary. Closing actually took place a month earlier than the anticipated date so that was a pleasant surprise and I could cross that off my pending 'to-do' list. I was kept apprised every step of the way about the status of everything and was given the option of receiving a weekly phone call or email. Great experience with PennyMac.
