Very professional. Everything went smooth slight delay with the appraisal but other than that everything went smoothly. Overall a great experience.
Weekly follow up from Damian helped, unfortunately the company that performed the appraisal wasn’t very cooperative, and I wished we could’ve used someone else. But Damian was very helpful on the things he could manage.

Amanda with PennyMac was one of the most professional, sincerely caring individuals that I've dealt with concerning business. If I called her she stayed with me through the entire process of my concerns. She would follow up with me when necessary. If the individual I was normally conducting business with wasn't available, she could pick up the ball and run with it. No misquotes, no wrong information, and nothing contrary to my working s with other PennyMac personnel. The experience was great, she put in the work.
