Lori was great. There were several unforeseen obstacles in this process and she did all she could to navigate us through them. She really worked hard to ensure the loan process went smoothly as possible. It was a complicated process and she did all she could to make it go as easy as possible in these given circumstances.

your staff needs to learn how to pick up the phone when a client calls. By the way did you realize your staaf transfer all the money to the closing lawyer 1week an half before I even settle on the closing Docs.
