Very professional. Everything went smooth slight delay with the appraisal but other than that everything went smoothly. Overall a great experience.
Amanda with PennyMac was one of the most professional, sincerely caring individuals that I've dealt with concerning business. If I called her she stayed with me through the entire process of my concerns. She would follow up with me when necessary. If the individual I was normally conducting business with wasn't available, she could pick up the ball and run with it. No misquotes, no wrong information, and nothing contrary to my working s with other PennyMac personnel. The experience was great, she put in the work.
The entire process was very smooth. The entire PennyMac team including Jazmin were very professional and knowledgeable.

unclear who to talk to Norice or Earl Nagaran. Earl told me I could contact him directly and that was a hassle as I felt like I was bothering him. After speaking with Earl initially I did not realize I would be paying a 825 dollar appraisal fee which i know most of goes to Penny Mac, I feel my interest rate could have been lower and I would get the same emails from three different people.
