Amanda did an excellent job getting me through the refinance process. Everything went smoothly and she was quick to answer any questions I had. When she want available, other loan agents happily assisted me with the information I needed. From start to finish, all the members of the team were friendly and professional.

Shay was awesome! I was very pleased with how she handled the entire process!
It wasn’t eSy reaching out to Andrea, she only communicated by email without any explanation s when I had questions and called her it was very difficult, I had to wait a day or two. Some documents I needed to scan twice just because she wouldn’t go through all documents I had uploaded. It was easier for me to upload them all together in one PDF file and she didn’t like that. I had to rescanned things for her to mark as received. Very unpleasant process. We closed on time because I kept pushing :(
