Awesome good great communication and service
Jesika was always very prompt with communications and did a fantastic job for us.
Response time was very long and the communication was poor. Also had several documents in the portal that weren't processed delaying everything .
Shay was great. The uploading software was awful. Shay saved the entire process despite the tools being used.
Excellent communication with Sarah and original loan officer! The process was simple and very convenient when providing needed documents through the online portal! Great team!
Despite some permit issues needing to be resolved mid-process on our end, the PennyMac team was patient, understanding and helpful in guiding us through to the closing. Deymian Scott was a pleasure to work with and always available to answer my questions on the specifics of our loan and timeline.
