Great job, was able to complete our app fast
every thing was on time
Nicholas was responsive and set correct expectations. We ran into some issues on my investment refinance and he took them to upper management and got them resolved.
From my first call to PennyMac to the closing attorney, every person I interacted with was friendly, experienced, helpful and the list could go on! Considering we did this over the most stressful time of year (Thanksgiving and Christmas) makes me even more appreciative of the professionalism I received. I had a great team!!!
