Lori was very professional and prompt when answering emails or calls. During the couple hiccups, she assisted and helped resolve the issues.
Everyone was SO nice. Especially wonderful was Garrett Greene and Andrea Maddox. At first it was so hard doing everything on a cell phone, but Garrett walked me through it kindly. Then Andrea took over and it went like silk, even to a non- techie like me. Thanks a million Penny Mac!

The refinance process was super simple and the whole team made sure I knew what to expect.
Not sure the refinance was completely worth it in hindsight but Jazmin was great
This was my first time actually being involved the process personally. We always used the same mortgage broker. I did this by myself and was able to easily and quickly navigate their system even though I was dealing with the stress of my mom passing.
