Got my loan closed much quicker than expected. Friendly agents and overall outstanding communication on their behalf. Will definitely be my first choice on the purchase of my next home.
Micheal was great. I appreciate him always calling me back within 24 hours and addressing my concerns. My biggest disappointment was the closing time frame, I was told 45-60 days from the day of my application. It took over 3 months to close. My second disappointment comes from being given a sign document date and no one showing up. Communication is key and not being told that my signing had been postpone was very unprofessional. I had to call back to inquire about the situation.
Everything went very smooth. Great communication and easy process. Brittany was awesome and we were able to close at a place and time that was good for us!

It was a very easy process. The Team was great to work with.
Prior to working with Ajanay, getting timely responses were challenging. She did a great job. However, there were times prior where I didn’t know the status and we were scheduled for settlement prior to having all documentation completed which postponed settlement 20 minutes prior to the appointment. It was challenging knowing who to contact as the agent changed multiple time without notification. Ajanay did an amazing job once she took over.
Jenny was absolutely amazing! She was very detailed, knowledgeable and explained what I would expect during closing.
Other than the COVID 19 pandemic which delayed the process, the communication was great
