Your requests dribbled out. Felt invasive. I never understood why. Your robot questions are impersonal, inhuman and suck. You kept handing me off to new people who did not know what the last guy said. It took too long. You did not know what a brokerage account was. You could not tell me why and what the questions where looking for. Days would go buy and then you would need something ASAP. It was the most unsatisfactory dealings I have had to date. You couldn’t even send me the fedex as promised.

It was very hard getting in touch with the loan officer. I had to send several emails or leave messages, speak to supervisors before someone would get in contact with the loan officer to call me back. The loan did not close on my original date due to closing costs that I was made aware of just one day before closing. Due to this, closing was rescheduled. Closing documents were not accurate (based on figures from three months prior). New closing documents were sent two days prior.

The communication there at Pennymac is horrible. There were so many people working on my loan and no one would talk to each other. I was constantly asked for documents multiple times. I was told on February 20th that this would be done in 1-2 weeks. Today is April 2nd. Erica Sanchez, the one who tried to be in charge of my refi, did as best as she could. She was very sweet, but she was also confused as to why this dragged on so long. The communication was the worst I've ever dealt with.
