I'm 61 years old and have dealt with many mortgage companies, PennyMac is by far the absolute best ! The process was painless and the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking financing for a house. I'm in no way a paid participant, so please take my recommendation seriously.

Loan process went smooth and was quick and fairly easy. Had a few rough spots when it came to closing. Had to reschedule 3 times but did finally get it done and all went smooth.

Great customer service, when I had questions they had answers for me or could transfer me to someone who knew. Their online process was straight forward and easy to navigate. On our first attempt to refinance with Penny Mac's Brandon L. He never followed through. Months later we thought we try again and Tracy, Andrew and the whole team that helped, I am sorry I can't remeber everyone's names, were very nice responded very quickly and answered the many questions we had, it was a lot.
