I was asked to provide documentation for a deposit into my checking account. I sent a copy of letter and check from my retirement and was told that was not good enough because I could photoshop that. I was more than irate at that accusation.

Great customer service, when I had questions they had answers for me or could transfer me to someone who knew. Their online process was straight forward and easy to navigate. I was given clear instructions and guidance for completing documents and uploading forms. Overall, a great experience with PennyMac.

Your system web site was difficult and uneasy to use. Communication was poor. I know these times are difficult and I am sure that played in here as well...

Experience with my loan officer (Taylor) was great. The ability to contact and receive a response back from Carmelita however was not. There were times where I emailed and received no response at all and I was asked for the exact same documents multiple times.

On our first attempt to refinance with Penny Mac's Brandon L. He never followed through. Months later we thought we try again and Tracy, Andrew and the whole team that helped, I am sorry I can't remeber everyone's names, were very nice responded very quickly and answered the many questions we had, it was a lot.
