Very good overall
With the assist of both the loan officer and Frank, I sailed through the process very comfortably, having very little computer experience. The entire staff, including tech support(Hugo) supported me in this transition with the greatest of ease. I am very happy to have this team behind me in assistance. Thumbs up to all involved. Ms. Michelle Boyd is GREAT. She took extra time with me when needed and she was very patient and efficient with the loan process. I would love working with her and would still her if I were in the loan business. Please pass on to her just how AWESOME I think she is. I would also like to thank PennyMac for working with me as a whole. I however did not like working with AMROCK, the service was awful.
The experience with Penny Mac was great, they consistently communicated with me, giving updates, and there were no surprises.
Very nice and cordial representatives
Michele Boyd was awesome. PennyMac was awesome. The title company gets a 0. They missed the first date to close. Never called to confirm or show up. Second appt was late and never called to confirm until I called 15 mins after scheduled time to find out why they weren’t there. Title company was terrible!!
Everyone at pennymac was great and informative
It was delayed, I initiated the process in August, did not close until December. We can blame Covid!
