I would have liked to communication on a bi-weekly basis, to keep fully informed of the process. There were times that I did not know where we stood or how close we were to closing, and all this did was cause frustration and unease. In this day and age it's almost expected that replies be immediate, and even when uploading the documents the website indicated that it could take one to three days for those to process. I would have liked to been informed of when the documents were received.

I feel that is someone has current PennyMac loan, the process should be a bit more seamless. I felt like there was some confusion in some of the process. I think things could improve if internal sections talked to one another.

Ms. Michelle Boyd is GREAT. She took extra time with me when needed and she was very patient and efficient with the loan process. I would love working with her and would still her if I were in the loan business. Please pass on to her just how AWESOME I think she is. I would also like to thank PennyMac for working with me as a whole. I however did not like working with AMROCK, the service was awful.

It was delayed, I initiated the process in August, did not close until December. We can blame Covid!
