Everyone that was over my refinancing process was great anything I needed to ask they was there for me and they got it done in a great time very nice and pleasant
Overall, I'd give them a 4. The process was simple. It did take longer than expected. I did have to apply twice, because of something that they did that I was not aware of. After that, everything went great
Great communication
John bent over backwards in taking care of me. He never seemed to tire of all my questions . H was not only professional in our dealings but was also very personable, considerate and all around kind . He and others represented their company very well. All were knowledgeable but when they did not know something they said so and that spoke volumes to my wife and I. We are glad we stayed with Penny Mac.
The refinace process was easy and quick. , Closed prior to the 60 days expected date. Application was straight forward right to the point.
Mr. Nelson Massari and Ms. Tiffany Terry were simply awesome! The are professional and communicated effectively throughout the refinance experience.
With the assist of both the loan officer and Frank, I sailed through the process very comfortably, having very little computer experience. The entire staff, including tech support(Hugo) supported me in this transition with the greatest of ease. I am very happy to have this team behind me in assistance. Thumbs up to all involved. I feel that is someone has current PennyMac loan, the process should be a bit more seamless. I felt like there was some confusion in some of the process. I think things could improve if internal sections talked to one another.
Ms. Michelle Boyd is GREAT. She took extra time with me when needed and she was very patient and efficient with the loan process. I would love working with her and would still her if I were in the loan business. Please pass on to her just how AWESOME I think she is. I would also like to thank PennyMac for working with me as a whole. I however did not like working with AMROCK, the service was awful.
