Well my experience was a 3 month experience. When I had thought I had closed in October and everyone in Pennymac confirming it was completed. It came out that my forms were lost and that's what took 3 months to finally resolve. I think Pennymac needs to work on there communication between each other. At the end everything was resolved. Which I Thank a SV other in the name of Nick. Thank you Nick for your hard work and dedication!

The loan process was painless. Everyone that I communicated with was knowledgeable and very helpful. I didn't expect it to be so easy, and take as little time as it did. The entire process was very professional!
The process was efficient and timely. The representatives were informative and gracious and very patient with our questions and concerns. This was our second time of working with this company and we are very pleased. Thank you.
There was little to no communication from anyone to myself at PennyMac. When an error was identified it took several calls and emails to get it resolved. Our initial closing date was cancelled 30 minutes before the scheduled event. I left numerous messages and emails the following week trying to get information as to why it was cancelled. No response. I had to utilize twitter to get someone to contact me. Lack of communication made the whole process stressful! Unacceptable service.
Closing experience was smooth and quicks, Shortly after completing the application we were closing.
Process was easy and very stress free.
