The experience with Penny Mac was great, they consistently communicated with me, giving updates, and there were no surprises.
Michele Boyd was awesome. PennyMac was awesome. The title company gets a 0. They missed the first date to close. Never called to confirm or show up. Second appt was late and never called to confirm until I called 15 mins after scheduled time to find out why they weren’t there. Title company was terrible!!

Your representatives got back to me very promptly we're very courteous and informative about any questions that I had concerning the loan or the closing process. Overall it was a really easy and good experience.
Even with some internet technical issues they made sure to get everything done in a timely fashion and help us every step of the way!
