There was a confusion regarding the closing cost. However, Monisha came to the rescue, she explained and resolved everything. I was very pleased with her help and service. I have used Penny Mac with our 2 last purchases and refinancing and will always recommend them to family and friend (2 have switched in the last 6 months!).
The Penneymac Representative was very pleasant to work with. Made me feel comfortable with our decision to refinance.
