There was a confusion regarding the closing cost. However, Monisha came to the rescue, she explained and resolved everything. I was very pleased with her help and service. I have used Penny Mac with our 2 last purchases and refinancing and will always recommend them to family and friend (2 have switched in the last 6 months!).
PennyMac provided clear expectations and met their deadline on time with my refinance closing. It was a smooth experience and I would highly recommend them to others.
