Honestly it mostly came down to your phone system. When someone is scheduled to close on a weekend there should be SOMEONE that a person can talk to other than tech support. Neither Mr. Mueller or Mr. Mitchener (?) were able to be reached and the phone system wouldn’t allow me the opportunity to speak to anyone else and that is not okay. The title company and notary didn’t receive documents so we ended up having to reschedule closing twice which pushed our date into a new month.

Check the choice of the answer for one of the questions toward the end of the survey. It doesn’t respond well to to the question.
