My negative review is not directed towards Mr. Hagan (closing agent). He was helpful and answered my questions promptly when needed. I completed this survey based on prior experience to working with him. I thought the length of the process was completely unacceptable and there were weeks that went by idly without anything being done when there were things that needed to be done by PennyMac. I will not ever use PennyMac again in the future and I will advise anyone to avoid your company.
Drew was upfront and honest and walked us through the process so we had a good understanding of the paperwork and endgame. We r happy to gt a lower housepayment and knowing our future n our home will b less of a financial strain as we age. Thanku Drew!
