Any time I had a question, Nick was available and had the answer I needed. Excellent customer service!
What stands out is I called and went to voicemail, but decided not to leave a message. About two hours latter, I got a call back, just making sure there wasn’t an issue that I needed help with. Great service.

I was pretty irritated of the lack of communication there was with my loan processor's!!! Jeffery Smith who helped me apply for the loan was a god sent and he is the only reason I was able to get a hold of anyone. So I would Give Jeffery Smith 100 stars!!!
