This re-fi was pretty simple, probably the easiest I've ever been through. Carlton was extremely helpful and always kept me in the loop with weekly phone calls. Great job bu all.
From the original phone call, we knew we had chosen the right company for our refinance. Communications were always prompt and complete. With all the required actions and closing in 14 days, our expectations were greatly exceeded! If possible, we would give ratings much higher than 10!
I only had issues with not being able to get ahold of Robert Winkler. I told him about his phone number not sending to me to his voicemail, but rather putting me into the main number where I would hold for 15 minutes for someone who would say I needed to call Robert! I explained this to him and he would say, "I don't know why that is, but ok." What in the world! Thank you for not caring about the frustrations we had to deal with. What exactly did you do for our refinance?????
The entire process was very clear and smooth from start to finish. I closed in less time than expected, which made my experience even better. My only issue was with the notary. It was resolved within days because they sent a different person. She was very professional, on time and courteous.

Communication with correct answers. Being able to speak to someone when calling with a question. A good example to day 9/1/2020 called PennyMac at approximately 9:00 am and was informed that waiting time was extremely long and would be more convenient if they could call back instead of holding for some one to assist. Well 3.5 hours later and still no call back. Dialed the help number and still the same with the same message no one to speak to. They will call back if you are still on the hook.
The entire process was clear, simple and communicated perfectly. Couldn't be happier! Great job Nathan.
It started with Arameh (our first contact and the officer who helped and answered all our questions at the beginning of the process) and continued with Mayesha and the notary public. It was a great experience al throughout the process, we appreciated that everything was smooth, all documentation was asked through the secure portal and our o formation was not at risk (such as if it were asked by email), everyone was knowledgeable about the process and able to answer all our questions.
