I have been with Pennymac for a few years now. Refinanced twice already. They are honest and up front with their answers. Answered all of my questions. Reassuring me why I stayed with them.
They were very quick and easy.
The process was done pretty quick. It took about three weeks for everything to be finalized. My wife and I are happy to have PennyMac as our mortgage company.

I didn’t feel pressured , in fact I’m glad that they did all they could to keep us on track and be patient as well. I appreciate the clarifications made and the open communication that was provided . I had several questions that I was told I could ask the loan officer. I emailed and called several times and no one ever answered an email or could answer my questions. This was frustrating. Denny answered our questions as it got closer to our close date but communication before that was lacking.
