Communication with correct answers. Being able to speak to someone when calling with a question. A good example to day 9/1/2020 called PennyMac at approximately 9:00 am and was informed that waiting time was extremely long and would be more convenient if they could call back instead of holding for some one to assist. Well 3.5 hours later and still no call back. Dialed the help number and still the same with the same message no one to speak to. They will call back if you are still on the hook.

The process was done pretty quick. It took about three weeks for everything to be finalized. My wife and I are happy to have PennyMac as our mortgage company.

It started with Arameh (our first contact and the officer who helped and answered all our questions at the beginning of the process) and continued with Mayesha and the notary public. It was a great experience al throughout the process, we appreciated that everything was smooth, all documentation was asked through the secure portal and our o formation was not at risk (such as if it were asked by email), everyone was knowledgeable about the process and able to answer all our questions.
Communication was great from all concerning my loan. Always answered my questions via email quickly. Only issue that needs improving is the website. The portal locked up and couldn't open most of the time. That's why the communication from individuals was so clear and quick.
