All parties involved were very helpful. Only issue was how long it took to close as interest accrued each day. I felt the process could have been faster. Jesse was very helpful and great to work with. He always reached back out and Mona was very helpful as well. I would recommend to others.

This is my second mortgage with PennyMac. This experience was more stressful than the previous one. I had multiple requests for the same documents, I missed my initial closing date if 8/24/20 by a week, my closing package wasn’t available the morning of my closing, and I was delayed in receiving the keys to my home because the wire wasn’t received. I don’t understand where the break down occurred but my loan processor tried fo facilitate the situation the best she could.
