Quick and easy
My amount at closing change two times before it closed. This was a VA loan , and I have had many VA loans Before and never had to pay to close it.
This loan took a litttle longer to get to closure than previously. I believe it was because of the number of loans that PennyMac was handling. Without Nicholas Batten ,who always answered the phone and diligently worked hard to come up with the answers to my inquiries, I would have not had the good experience I had. He respected me and was kind as we went through this process together. He is a great employee of your company! Mr. Winston Cutter was also a great asset.
Everything was quick, professional, helpful and to the point.
Our refinance loan was done FASTER than we expected and we had a direct line of communication from start to finish! Both Deion and Hayden were absolutely amazing and worked hard to keep our business with PennyMac and we will recommend to all of our friends and family to give their loan business here! Honestly you can’t beat the friendly nature, the speed, the accuracy and the amazing customer service! Something that my family was stressed about doing was truly a breeze!
All parties involved were very helpful. Only issue was how long it took to close as interest accrued each day. I felt the process could have been faster. Jesse was very helpful and great to work with. He always reached back out and Mona was very helpful as well. I would recommend to others.

This is my second mortgage with PennyMac. This experience was more stressful than the previous one. I had multiple requests for the same documents, I missed my initial closing date if 8/24/20 by a week, my closing package wasn’t available the morning of my closing, and I was delayed in receiving the keys to my home because the wire wasn’t received. I don’t understand where the break down occurred but my loan processor tried fo facilitate the situation the best she could.
