Quick easy and great communication.
This was an easy and straight forward process. Joseph DeMasi and Deion Smith were polite and knowlegable. If I had one complaint, it would be that I have 2.5% interest rate instead of the going 2.25% rate I realize it's only 1/4%....

There needs to be less hands in the cookie jar. Multiple mistakes were made and always talked to different individuals. They pulled it together at the end and I am grateful for that. But it shouldn’t be so hard to get in touch with someone.

Everything went very smooth during my refinance. The system was easy to work with and Nathan Hoffman responded to my questions promptly. I was impressed with how everything seemed easy and efficient.
