Experience was quickly done. Notary that came to the house was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable of the process.
They new call to give you updates. They never called to tell me about when I will get my refund still don't know. Very shady business.

Communication was awful. The company knew we wanted and were prepared for early closing, but seemed to purposely string us along for weeks. We felt like we were guiding the company instead of them assuming their proper role.
