Our refinance loan was done FASTER than we expected and we had a direct line of communication from start to finish! This is my second mortgage with PennyMac. This experience was more stressful than the previous one. I had multiple requests for the same documents, I missed my initial closing date if 8/24/20 by a week, my closing package wasn’t available the morning of my closing, and I was delayed in receiving the keys to my home because the wire wasn’t received. I don’t understand where the break down occurred but my loan processor tried fo facilitate the situation the best she could.
The first loan agent called me back within 5 minutes of me leaving a message, he was AWESOME! He spent close to 4 hours on the phone with me thru the whole process. He made sure that he left no stone unturned and he was incredibly well versed in what everything meant and how it was to be properly placed in the application . The next agent, Nathan, was prompt with all communications and even called me back when I had questions about the loan. Wonderful customer service all around!
