Communication was great from all concerning my loan. Always answered my questions via email quickly. Only issue that needs improving is the website. The portal locked up and couldn't open most of the time. That's why the communication from individuals was so clear and quick.
Everyone with PennyMac that I communicated with were all very friendly , understanding, and patient . I didn’t feel pressured , in fact I’m glad that they did all they could to keep us on track and be patient as well. I appreciate the clarifications made and the open communication that was provided . I had several questions that I was told I could ask the loan officer. I emailed and called several times and no one ever answered an email or could answer my questions. This was frustrating. Denny answered our questions as it got closer to our close date but communication before that was lacking.
