The Mac team worked well together, There were very few hiccups in the process and the communication was quite good. Most especially the refinance closed a lot faster then expected, thank you.

Once Denny got involved, it went better, hence his high rating. Rock-star was Tiffany Lewis, starting things/stepping in repeatedly to correct process errors. Most irritating: the lack of inter-office communication; I received "boilerplate" notes from 5 different reps on the same thing: docs were needed, blah, blah, blah, ignoring Tiffany's work. Even got one 5 hours after Denny called and said we were done. PMac needs instant digital client file update capability to prevent this.

Zac was excellent to work with. This was a refi on a VA loan. This loan closed with an exceptional interest rate in less than 3 weeks. We are an existing PennyMac customer which has been excellent experience. The team made this process easy, simple, very clear communication and the next thing we knew our closer was on our porch with our closing documents to sign which took about 20 minutes.
