Drew was fantastic. Unfortunately, he was brought in only after literally months of frustration and lack of communication from the prior representative (Robert Winkler). I answered as many of these questions as I could specific to Drew very positively, but on the Overall questions and the Likely to Recommend, I simply couldn't rate highly and I feel badly because this should not reflect on Drew. I'm grateful he was finally assigned to our loan.
PennyMac answered my questions and kept me informed the entire time all the way to closing.
My refinancing process was fast and smooth. Definitely would recommend to friends and family
Smooth and very easy process to refinance current mortgage. Closing came faster than expected.
i still feel I could have been given a much more better interest rate and also a much reduced closing cost bill, given my great credit score and also being a loyal existing customer.
The only thing I did not feel was communicated was that I should not have paid my last previous payment on the previous loan but that may have been my misunderstanding or I missed it. Did not change anything about the great service and processes.
We were very pleased with how smoothly the refinance process went. After the initial application which we did over the phone, we were updated periodically as to the stage of the loan and the closing which was much quicker than expected. The closing was done at our house which made it even more convenient. It was a good decision.
Everything met my expectations.
This was the worst treatment that I have ever received! I paid over $900 in closing cost for my VA home loan. A VA home loan is not suppose to have me put a payment at closing. Elizabeth Bewen said she would fix it and call me back at closing and never did! I need my closing cost refunded and my appraisal. She kept changing my closing date without communicating with me or my realtor. I left emails and voicemails. I do not understand why someone still haven't called me. Please call 505-686-0223!!
