The Mac team worked well together, There were very few hiccups in the process and the communication was quite good. Most especially the refinance closed a lot faster then expected, thank you.
Closing needs improvement on signing documents. The sub contractor didn't show up on day they were suppose to.
Even in this age of COVID-19 my loan process experience with PennyMac was exceptional.
The process was simple, quick and required minimal effort on my part.
