The loan process took a lot longer than expected; just short of 3 months.
There were some technical issues with the website in the beginning and unfortunately my first loan officer was not available but once Beth took over it was smooth sailing. Beth was great to work with!!
During the whole process Mr. Blood gave me courtesy calls and made sure I knew exactly what was happing next. He made the process very smooth and I am thankful I was assigned to him.
