Quick and painless refinance. Very smooth.
There were some technical issues with the website in the beginning and unfortunately my first loan officer was not available but once Beth took over it was smooth sailing. Beth was great to work with!!
Nicholas Batten had excellent customer service and consistently maintained communication. He gave me weekly updates and always took the time to thoroughly explain the process and answered any questions I had. If I called his office and left a voicemail, he would respond within minutes.

My VA streamline experience was great! Other than my initial call, listening to updates on my loan processing, and signing with a notary at my home, I did nothing. It was easy and simple, and I saved a TON of money! I would do it again!!!
