I would first like to say that this is my first time refinancing my home. I was pleaseantly surprised at the ease of the process. Everything was over the phone or computer. The initial Q & A was a little lengthy. But after that It was just weekly updates over the phone until the signing and notarizing. The total time took a little longer with the pandemic and other things. But all things considered i believe this was a fairly painless process. I would ask all veterans to use this program.

The only negative to the whole process was that I was not informed how long it would take before the loan cleared, and when I would be able to access the account. I still do not know when I will be able to access the account, so that I can set up automatic payments!

When closing one of my loans the original document showed no closing cost. I was surprise to see a $1600 closing cost when meeting with the notary. Lucky I am able to afford the closing cost without any notice. But, this is unacceptable to put your customer in such a position.
