Great prompt customer service.
To long of a process and not pleased with how the signing goes. Needs to be a person who can answer question during the signing. Just did not like how things went.
My loan officer Joseph was never reachable. By the time he would get back to me I would no longer need anything.
Elizabeth could not be reached by phone or email for several days at a time which led to my closing date being delayed. I was given deadlines and had to follow them strictly or threatened with the loan not going through it’s processes in the appropriate amount to time to close when anticipated. Elizabeth did not have to follow these same guidelines and made it clear this loan was not important to her.
It was a fast and easy process from my end, and I feel I saved and received a better deal than what I originally had. Mr. Cruz
All I had to do was make a phone call. Once approved everything was automatic and nothi else was needed from me.
The initial person we began the process with would not return our calls and it was like pulling teeth to get reassigned to professional. Monesha however was great.
