It was easy & fast. It was great not to have to deal with other things we had to do with past refinances
Macy Gunderson was a great help. She communicated very clearly, and returned communications in a timely manner. Operations personell were very helpful as well.

Tim did an amazing job. He always called to let me know what was needed and backed those calls with emails that let me know exactly what I needed to do. The refinance was faster than I anticipated. Overall Tim and the pennymac team did a quality job and I would recommend them to anyone.
Moe Bannat quickly got the process started and had all forms completed. He explained the next steps and everything seemed to flow fairly smoothly. Only problem I had was that I received automated messages that I needed to complete forms that showed to be completed on the website. Finally got a message that everything was on track to a quick closure.
