Everyone I had contact with over this process was very professional and kind. They were eager to answer my questions and made the experience very smooth.
I don't go around recommending anything to anyone, so don't hold it against Sara. Sara does need to work on her personality some, open up, smile over the phone and totally enjoy your work, when a customer makes small talk, make small talk, mirror the customer if they like small talk, do it, if they are all business then be all business. I am not sure why this survey is on Sara though, there are at least two other people I worked with during this process. One bonehead addressed me as Hammer.

My wife and I have been fortunate enough to be working through these times, however we have both been working overtime as well as having to home school our children so our schedule was extremely packed. The entire team I worked with was great with working around my schedule and helping me get everything needed for a successful transaction. They were all amazing and deserve bonuses!
The process was fairly quick and painless. My questions were answered promptly and happy with the overall experience.
During the COVID-19 Pandemic I felt that this Refinancing process flowed smoothly and quickly under the circumstances of many individuals working from home. I can imagine how much quicker things would have processed under normal operations. However, the time for completion fit my needs perfectly and I greatly appreciate the professionalism from the employees of PennyMac.
The loan rep was not organized. Asking for documents that could be found on my orginal loan or after submitting the documents asking 2 time for me to up load. Then he wanted to schedule my closing twice, once after I was confirmed. This was annoying.
Overall, the experience was great. My only issue is towards the end of closing I had several questions and no one responded to my emails or phone calls.
Every thing was explained and I felt very satisfied
