There were discrepancies between the title company and PennyMac docs that caused us to close a day later than expected. Also when trying to get an answer from anyone, I was made to wait, not given precise times, and not told the reason for the discrepancies. My agent had to get a supervisor to make things happen.

Only a few hiccups. I emailed questions to the general email box that I was told to use and had to do so a couple times (over a couple days) before I received any replies. Also, the CD at my closing was $800 different than the last one I received 3 or 4 days prior to closing. I understood the changes but that made a pretty big difference that I wasn't expecting. The CD before closing said I was getting $481 back at closing and the CD at closing had me paying $316 resulting in a wire fee.

We had some issues, but they were resolved or are working. The team of Josh and Rob were great. They did a good job of explaining items and were available when we needed them. We closed on a Holiday and we were still able to get them on the phone to answer questions.

Good people. Very helpful and courteous. Closing was easy and timely done in the comfort and convenience of my own home. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in either a new mortgage or a refinance of their current one.
