Talking with other companies, no one could match the rate we got from Penny Mac. The loan officer was very helpful, and the team was amazing even through the covid outbreak. Great job!
I wish that the documents that were needed we’re communicated with a longer time frame. Paperwork requested was need with a two day turn over. Requested very close to closing instead of at the beginning with the rest of the paperwork.

Loan advisor was not up front on initial rate quote. He did not get back to me in a timely manner on questions I had about the loan

I understand that providing a loan is a business and pennymac needs to profit and make money, but I never felt like I was being fleeced or that pennymac was overreaching.
