The process was easy and quicker than I expected. The communication from Nathan was good with the exception of our needing to have a witness present when we signed. We would definitely use PennyMac again.

Julian was great. Your overall process was lacking at the title company level. Julian worked hard to get 2 extensions because of the title company dropping the ball on my subordination requirement. I suggest you promote Julian and find another title company.

I chose Penny Mac for my home refinance since I already had an established relationship. However, after what occured since the date of my Closing was scheduled I do not believe that I would make that decision again. Once the Closing was scheduled (2 weeks later due to my schedule), I was told that I would continue to receive information from the Representative that had been assigned to me but that was NOT TRUE. I never heard from that person again, even after numerous phone calls and emails.

Overall good experience. Able to close very quickly for us. It would have been nice to be able to get people on phone easier on the weekend. Thank you though overall—
