I was impressed with the professionalism of every one I worked with during the process, and such praise does not come easily. I worked as a Real Estate Salesperson and have been licensed as a Broker since 2004. Given that experience, I know what to expect and what NOT to expect from lenders. The most important part of any real estate transaction is for all parties involve to stay true to their word. Both Julian McCaskill and Tyler Smedley were true to their word. I was quite impressed!
Experience was awesome. I would receive a weekly phone call giving me the progress of the re-fi. It really put me at ease knowing I had competent people handling my loan.
Nathan and the PennyMac Team are excellent. I'm very impress with the transaction and services. Thank you so much to make my life easier.
From start to closing everything was communicated correctly. My only downside is I was promised two months or no rent payment at closing but I was only given one month.
