It was easy, direct, and predictable. Everything happened within the promised time frame. When I had a question, It was easy to get to get to a team member and they always knew what they were doing and knew the status of my loan. Seriously, this was not stressful and it was very easy.
I'm not exactly sure. I was just a little concerned because the title company didn't have all of the information the day before close and couldn't get a hold of anyone. They called me and I had to contact someone. Maybe if there would be a way to not have so many people involved.
Ok, so I have been a Quicken Loans customer for many years and was very satisfied with the service. And happened to call Pennymac after the loan was sold to PM to inquire about a refinance, and within minutes I was done!!! Who needs a rocket when you can use a transporter! Great job team PennyMac. Julian was fantastic explained things well I never felt like there was something hidden. He was very transparent and helpful.
Communication promises not kept. Failure of communication between team members. Failure to respond to information provided in a timely and professional manner. Just a list of mishandling of the process.this is not to condemn everyone on the team, but it is to say the performance of the team as a whole was unsatisfactory to me.
