I bought an F250 from them and was told they were selling the truck as used because they bought it from a dealer in Chicago. The truck only had a little over 400 miles, so the story seemed legit, I then took it to San Tan Ford for an Oil change, and they asked about my Ford Pass account. They said I should have some credit on it for oil changes. Strangely, to their surprise and mine, I didn't, so they gave me the number to call Ford Pass. I called them when I got home, and I was told there was a different name for the owner ... read more

eoria Ford Shameful! Instead of admitting they made a mistake they would rather charge you for something you don't need! Is this how they treat all disabled senior women? Or everybody? Took my F250 in for a recall and oil change. After three days I had to leave a message to see if it was done; I got a text back saying the oil change was done but the recall couldn't be completed due to my heated steering wheel. Shortly after picking it up alarms and warning light started coming on saying "service advanctrac and hill decent fa... read more

On August 11, 2023. I brought my 2012 ford focus to Peoria because I was told by the Peoria Ford corporate office that there was a warranty on the transmission modular. when I got there. I asked told them the situation why I was bringing it in and told him that's all I wanted fix. I asked him if they had a loaner car and they said no you would have to pay $50 a day and now I see on reviews that people got it for free. So they lied three da later I get a report on how much it cost to be fixed and they told me it w... read more

My new 2023 bronco went in for an oil change, engine light and recall seat belt clip! 10 days later oil change was done! They had no clue why engine light came on and the recall part was still not in! That they would have to order it! My suggestion, go somewhere else! Horrible!

BUYERS BEWARE!! My Daughter purchased a low mileage used car from this dealership and the check engine light came on the next day! She was told to take it to the Chevy Dealership because it was still under the original warranty. She did and Chevy gave her a list of issues that were wrong with the car! They fixed what was under the warranty and the other few issues Peoria Ford agreed to fix. Once she got her car back from Chevy she took it back over to Peoria Ford who instructed her to take it home as their service department... read more

Peoria Ford has to be the biggest JOKE for a dealership. The finance dept will add on charges you did not agree or know anything about. Added on $400 for LoJack and the car was not even set up for it, I had to call LoJack myself to get it done, since these guys won't call you back EVER. Than tell you a warranty is only $30 a month more and get the paper work and it's $3350.00 and i still don't have any info on it. Have NO idea what it covers. Did find in the paper work it was good for 24 months or 24,000 miles WOW great deal... read more

Purchased my vehicle a month ago and it has been sitting in the service center for the last 2 weeks. I bought a 2018 Ford Ecosport from the dealership and my sales guy was nice. it took about a week for the vehicle to become ready and once it was I was good to go. Service up to that point was great however since making my first payment for this car that had no initial issues my car stopped suddenly on the freeway and has been sitting in the service center since. The communication is horrible unless you call repeatedly you do... read more

When you buy a used Dodge Ram Rebel from them and they promise a free oil change .. they turn around and deny you that service after leaving their lot!!! Their reason was because it's not a Ford! But we we're promised a free oil change when we purchased.. they know we bought a Dodge from their lot! So WTF. Buyer beware. They don't back their promises.
