I've purchased a lot of cars over the years and have never been treated so well. They made me a great deal on a Bronco then followed up and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I found a couple of small items that needed addressed. After I pointed out the items, they were on it with no questions asked! Made me feel like I was spending a million dollars. Its so refreshing to have this level of customer service. Rob, Scott and Mason are top notch!

I bought a used 2018 Edge and three weeks later, the engine light came on. As it turns out, it is a design flaw in the engine where coolant seeps into the cylinders. The only fix is a new engine. The warranty has just expired timewise and Ford wouldn't cover it even though it was still under the 60k miles. Peoria Ford stepped up and gave me a brand new engine and Carlos Aispuro even got me a two year warranty on it with unlimited mileage. Thank you, Carlos!

Like many buyers, I pretty much knew what I wanted. Well let me tell you I sent an email before going to bed, and before I woke up my salesperson, Dalida, had already reached out to me in my preferred method of communication. By far the best car buying experience I've had and this is my 6th car the team there really focuses on achieving the customers needs and making sure all requirements are satisfied. It does not end there they also have a amazing finance team who makes sure to get the best interest rate on your vehicle purchase with a top tier warranty program for the vehicle that makes me feel piece of mind driving the vehicle! I was looking to upgrade my 2020 Honda Civic, I got a phone call from a Honda dealership I told them what I wanted which was a Honda Civic SI. I made an appointment went all the way out there, and they told me arrogantly that there was an $8,900 market adjustment that was "NON NEGOTIABLE".
