Bought a car with the absolute worst experience. Just make sure you check every detail because they will try and pull a fast one on you at every turn. I caught the "mistakes", but unbelievable level of dishonestly from this dealership. Beware!

I was looking at a vehicle and choose not to proceed with a purchase. For 2 days the dealer has called me at least 10 times and have been told to stop. I have even blocked multiple numbers. This is beyond harassment. Buyer be ready for people who won't stop!

We scheduled an appointment to see a car and I drove all the way out there just have them tell me they sold it the night before. No courtesy to tell me that before I came.....reviews are correct....garbage dealership....stay away.

I would give this place a ZERO I if I could.. Worst service ever be very careful when you purchase a used vehicle there.. bought a truck and from day one I had nothing but problems not little problem major like transmission . they have had that vehicle more than I have due to all the issues.. Now lights don't work the way they should and they will pay half and we the other HALF... REALLY you sold a crappy vehicle the least you can do is pay that. TERRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND. just beware .. I do Not recommend them at all..... read more

Bad to horrible experiences with service. I should have never given them as many chances. Zero accountability from the service writer, the service Manager or the owner/GM Pat Hickey. More than 2 months later there has been zero attempt to correct their mistakes other than surface level apologies and a promise to look into it...2 months later still no resolution.

Definitely don't recommend this place. I've only had the truck for 2 months and it's been in service longer than I've had it. I have proof from employees saying they would fix the issues but ROBERT (sales manager) says that's not what they meant. They will lie to you and make you promises to get the sale done. Sold me a truck with issues, then Promised to fix everything and now they won't fix anything. Also have an extended warranty and still want to charge.

I bought a Raptor from this ridiculous establishment 3 years ago and the sh!t they pulled then was unreal. They actually asked me to fill out a review from Ford but only if I give them a 5 star rating. Literally said "if you're not going to give us a 5 star review, we won't send the review to you." See my Yelp review from 3 years ago for the details. Since then, I have had to deal with multiple mailings (filed in trash) but more frustrating is the multiple phone calls that I get monthly from them. There have been weeks ... read more

I keep getting phone calls from them offering to buy the car I already traded to their dealership. I can't help feeling they should know this information since I've told them this repeatedly. I also suspect they tried getting a female employee to give me her phone number so I would I guess be distracted and forget the whole thing. I didn't even know who the heck I was talking to! I was hoping they were calling to say they would honor the deal we made for new lugs and wheel locks. No such luck.
