So, I am really reluctant to leave a negative review, but this is a case where I can not, in good conscience, hold back. Peoria Ford sold us a new 2024 Ford Mach E-X last year, and during the signing of the contracts and financing, we were offered an extended warranty. We were told this would cover us should we own the car for more than the factory bumper-to-bumper warranty covers. This is the worst car exchange experience we have ever experienced. Awful dealership, nobody is helpful or willing to work with us, and we do not recommend this dealership. They essentially screwed us in multiple ways. We submitted a purchase order to lease a 2023 Mach-E prior to December 2023. We were informed several times we could lease the vehicle for 3 years, 36,000 miles and our purchase order for the lease was accepted. Charges my card three times ....for 5,099 each then tells me decline on all but one ..... AVOID !!!! Probably the worst dealership in arizona. The mechanic depart are literally out to scam you and take your money. Paid them 1200 dollars for the AC to still not work. Then i bring the car in again and they call me and say an additional 1700 dollars because they found a leak. They arent even competent enough to see theres a leak in the first place ? Avoid at all costs
