Worst Dealership I've ever dealt with from purchase to service. Will never buy there again and I have 2 years of free maintenance which I won't be using. That must be why it's "free"
Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. New or used. Do not take your vehicle to this dealership for service or repair. Rip off dealership even a worse fleet dept.
We had and continue to have the worse experience with this dealer, we bought a brand new car on 1/15/2025 started having issues a week later it took them a whole month to give us the car back every day was a different story on why it was not ready.
(Update 2/27/28) After the disaster with Peoria Ford's repair shop, I took the car to a personal recommended Auto Repair Shop "Sundance Auto Service & Machine Shop". The shop may not look as snazzy as Peoria Ford's, but the mechanics know their stuff. They quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem within a few hours and gave me a great price to do all the work. I had a terrible experience at this dealership. They purposely hide you from talking to the person in charge and give you misleading information. They allowed me to leave with a car, claiming my financing was coming in the mail, when in reality, I wasn't actually financed at all. They profile customers, and it's clear if you're not white, you're not treated fairly. The lack of communication and respect is appalling. Purchased a new Bronco from them last March. Oil changes were included. First one was done with their mobile service last September. Tech's were friendly and seemed to do a good job. Called for our second service this month and also to set up an appointment to look at a new truck. We were told that we live too far away (Mesa) for their mobile service. Typical over the top pressure to spend as much money as possible. Not surprised to see 1000 one star reviews. This will be a drop in the bucket but if it helps anyone I'll be glad! Not surprising at all to see a BUNCH of negative reviews on here giving this specific dealership ONE STAR because me and my husband couldn't agree more!! ***BBB RATING D - *** I purchased a 2023 truck that was delivered with no gas(40 miles left) and filthy with coffee stains on passenger seat ETC. They took over 10 days to schedule to ship my truck. NO COMMUNICATION AFTER PURCHASE. I left messages for upper management and the sales dept trying to get the time of delivery. NOBODY FROM UPPER MANAGEMENT OR ANYONE FROM SALES RETURNED MY CALLS.
