Made an appointment at 8:30 am for an oil change. I arrived at 8:25, was greeted and taken to the service counter. Gentleman checks me in and the proceeds to tell me it will be a two hour wait for the oil change. Absolutely unacceptable. My time is money too. Why have me make an appointment and then sit for two hours to complete the service? Will definitely be looking for alternatives for future oil changes.
I purchased a used wrangler from this dealership and had pre-paid for an extra key fob. Well they say their system got hacked bla bla bla!! same story over and over again. well over two months later still no fob or refund. I would run away far far way from this dealership. Especially watch out for Dillon Kopeckey and Pat Hickey they will cheat, steel and lie to sell a car.
Absolutely HORRID service in the service department! Had my car for 14 days, didn't fix the issue, returned it to me completely turned inside out and filthy on the inside then charged me over a thousand dollars or a scratch on the rental car. DO NOT take your vehicle there! Honestly so disappointing and a total racket!
IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD, TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE This dealership and its service department are nothing but a bunch of thieves. I bought a brand new 2024 Ford Expedition with all the bells and whistles and I have never been more unhappy. It broke before I even made my first payment. I am frustrated and disappointed with a recent service experience at your dealership, and request a resolution. During my recent visit, I was charged nearly $400 for diagnostic fees and a car rental. Despite being within the powertrain warranty, I was informed that an issue with my engine was not covered. This was followed by a PDF of a bill amounting to over $2,000. I got my car from Peoria Ford and had a great experience, this was 4.5 months ago. Almost 2 weeks ago I took it back for service, my rear seatbelts stopped working and we're stuck. They had my car for almost 2 weeks before I had enough took my dad with me and then told that my parts were on back order because of a union strike, so I was out of a car unable to work or get my kids to school.
