Like a fool, I tried to purchase another vehicle from them... massive waste of time. According to the salesman (if their lips are moving, they are probably lying), they have a new general manager and he's shaking things up. Bottom line, it's still a train wreck. Ok I don't know where to start. I bought a 2020 Raptor back in 2020, ran great no problems. When I Bought the truck I had to pay for that Zaktek coating, they said it was included in price of vehicle and they could not take it off, $250. I said ok why not protect my paint on my truck. Took it in every six months and they did a good job until the fourth time I took it in. If I could do a -5 star I would, front receptionist was super nice but Man! the service department is awfu, I brought my car for service and I got my servíce report till I called, Never got a notification that my car was ready and it was supposed to be ready today, I'm leaving country tomorrow and guess what, they left and no keys on front desk or nothing. All they say is we can't do anything about it and I live 45min away from here . Also was told is not the first time this happens with service department.
DO NOT BUY anything from this dealership. Despite purchasing a warranty that covered "everything" per their finance manager, 6 months into owning the vehicle the display screen went out. This requires a "software update" to fix, that neither Ford nor the warranty will cover. As we were buying a pre-owned vehicle, we explicitly asked about what would be covered by the warranty. They lied to us to get a sale rather than being honest.
Thiefs.....I purchased a vehicle many many years ago and I still get called and harassed by them. They will only remove your name and number for a bit and call you again and again. Never ever buying from this dealer. CarMax or Carvana and avoid these
I wonder how many one star reviews this company needs to get before they go out of business or ford shuts them down. The service manager Mike is dishonest and l have repeatedly found the whole enterprise is wholly focused on money and not doing right by the customers. Mike refuses to service my Bronco because I gave a one star review for their terrible service on my Bronco. This shows they are also vindictive. Instead of trying to win a customer back they persist in their incompetence.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PEORIA FORD! Over the years it's been nothing but trouble. As soon as I listed my car for sale on Offered Up, they started calling when I've asked repeatedly NOT TO CALL. There oughta be a lot! Oh wait, there is. I'm on the do not call list.
I'm really striking out with Ford dealers dealerships in the valley lately... The salesman (Kyle) that I was working with was very professional... unfortunately his upper management (Jason) let him and the rest of the team down. I attempted to buy a new Bronco Sport that was listed at an attractive deal, to find out "Sorry, it can't be sold... its being used as a loaner." My suggestion... As a business owner it hurts to rate another business so low. I visited 5 other ford dealerships in the valley and this was by far the worst experience I had. They spent more time test driving my personal vehicle to determine a "trade in value" than I was able to test drive their vehicle that I wanted to purchase. Ultimately after 2 hours of being on their site they had failed to give me a price for my trade in and failed to give me a price for the vehicles I was interested in purchasing.
