My first review of these guys was taken off I purchased a used truck and several things came up in the process. 1. Purchased 2 years of registration and I got 9 months because the sales people lied that it had 2 years of emissions 2) was told the extended warranty was bumper to bumper and it was another lie by them 3) I believe they kept one of my key fobs in case I had a loan on it because they put a GPS tracker on it. Purchaser I have never written a review before but people can’t get away with what happened to me. In almost 60 yrs this is the 1st new vehicle I’ve purchased and I’m an IDIOT. bait and switch Bait and switch. Pure and simple. Pricing games, lies and pressure. Had to negotiate for hours just to get to the price listed online. Would never, ever, buy from them again.

Bait and Switch and Lies I ended up visiting Peoria Ford because of an ad for a 2 year old car. One that I'd be kinda looking out for and when this one showed up I called that and made an appointment to see the car. The appointment was 2 hours from when I had called. 30 minutes after I called, Anthony, called and introduced himself and said that I'd be working with him. Shady two timing Ford dealership I went to the dealer to purchase a 2020 F150 and trade in my another car. After negotiating a good deal due to the fact I still owed on my 2 year old car was told if I could pay so much down I could be “approved” I moved forward and went ahead and made the deal. Beware Drove 45 minutes from across town to see a used truck I found online to find out it had “just sold” when we arrived. Called them when we were around the corner to ask about the same truck and they said it was still available. This place is a scam—it’s gross. BEWARE.
