Once You buy from them, They don't know you anymore. We have called and left several messages and no one has bothered to even call us back. They're really nice, Really accommodating but once you sign you're an unwanted intruder. If you're looking to buy but then never hear from them again then this is the place for you.

Customer service was terrible!!!! Waited for long hours, no point in setting appointments. You might as well walk in. Youll be waiting hours either way. 4-5 hours. Sometimes 6.5 hours!!!

I refuse to give Peoria nissan anymore surveys. I gave them a good survey, and then I came back for tires and gave them a bad survey, and they put the bad survey on the person that did excellent work for me and the person that did terrible work thats a good survey so obviously they dont know what theyre doing with their surveys and they dont read them so they will never get another survey from me

Poor communication between service rep and myself. No call back in spite of three messages. I went to pick up vehicle after 3 days and service advisor had taken the day off. After spending $700 plus for work I at least expected a thank you. This is one of the reasons I went to another shop last time.

Extremely pushy as well as took my phone and completed customer experience survey for me after the sale. I never even saw how they rated themselves on my survey.

They took my truck away within a week because of a bad survey. Spoke to the GM Chuck Morris. He did not care to hear what I had to say, he sided with his employees. I gave him a week to find a solution. He did not care to help me in anyway. I asked the GM to provide me with a credit for making me drive 3+ hours to the dealership and no solution. He said I could but I won't. Horrible horrible experience and terrible GM at Peoria Nissan

Sold me a car is excessive rust on the axle, transmission, brakes, and frame. had to have my mechanic inform me of these issues and advised to take the car back. Nissan tried to play it off and even blame me because I didnt have a mechanic look at it sooner and so as to keep the dealership honest. In the end they did take back the car but said that they couldnt return all the money because of taxes. NEVER buy from them they will scam you.
The salesman Isaiah was a new hire and did his best. We planned to do the last test drive on Thursday and when we arrived at the dealership they could not find the car. This was for the second time. I test drove the car. There was no key fob for the car only a single key. The car had 10 miles of gas for my test drive. I had to YouTube how to use the single key to get in and lock the car. Now everytime I use the key instead of a keyfob the alarm goes off until I put the key in the ignition.
