When you need a part, you have two choices for replacements. They are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and aftermarket parts. OEM parts are available through certified dealerships, while aftermarket parts are commonly found at independent repair shops. While aftermarket parts may entice customers for their lower price, you're much better off getting OEM parts. Whether you need a replacement fender, mirror, or mechanical component, here are some reasons to visit us for OEM parts.

I had the worst experience. We arrived, walked around the lott and picked a Rogue to buy. The sales agent invited us in, gave us some water, some coffee and said he would be back with the numbers. He didn't come back. We decided to leave. We were just backing out of the parking stall when the salesman came running to our car. His manager was close behind. The manager asked us to roll down our window. They told us they had the numbers. I told him we were no longer interested in buying a car from them. I had to ask him... read more
If u want to be taken advantage of this is the place to shop for your new car. Anthony Martone call me to try and sell me a car for over 10k msrp, seriously. Wait not 10k even more as he wanted me to play a bid war with other, really ethical. Do your research people, there are 3 other Nissan's dealer on the east-side that wont charge over msrp for a Z. Its proven as I already got an offer but the vehicle was an automatic, im looking for a Manual but the wait is worth it
This dealership is the biggest scam and fraudulent repair center ever. Steer clear you'll come out with out things missing, replaced with worst parts than started poor paperwork dents scratches and the service desk lying and screaming. who needs al that! This place needs to be closed down or totally restarted top to bottom
Do not get your car serviced here. They damaged my Murano when they took it through the car wash and when we questioned them about it and took the car in they tried to make any excuse to not accept fault. Anthony Labarbera (623-523-6600, ALabarabera01@vtaig.com) was the service advisor who let the tech take the car through the car wash with a bike rack on the back and completely bent it and scratched the back of the tailgate. Brought the car into the service manager Chris Rippey (623-523-6284) who tried to give some crappy a... read more
I stopped here last week to look at a car. A salesman approached my vehicle before I could get out and his first question was if I was trading in. He followed up by asking who was buying. We told him we didn't know yet and asked for a few minutes. We didn't make it to the second row of cars before another salesman approached us and asked another transactional question. We decided to leave as we felt very uncomfortable. The salesmen laughed as if we weren't even serious about buying a car. I ended up ordering a car from anoth... read more
This review is based on my experience with the Peoria NIssan service department. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and Zactec paint application in March of 2023. After I arrived home, I noticed a piece of trim laying on the passenger floor mat. The plastic trim was also loose along the lower part of the door frame, and I was unable to snap it back into place. I called the next day, and returned to the service department to have those 2 issues remedied. After waiting about an hour, the service rep told... read more
Avoid Nissan! I don't have a problem with their cars; I have owned three Nissan vehicles. Nissan's customer service is horrible and has left us without a vehicle or an answer for about four months now. We had a Nissan Leaf, new off the lot, after some miles there was a battery issue from the factory; the car was still under the original manufactures warranty. The car has been in the shop, undrivable, and in pieces since December 2022. Nissan refuses to offer us a loaner vehicle, they refuse to give us a rental, and they refu... read more
This dealership scammmed my 82 year old mother with early on set dimentia after they were told not to complete signatures that day. They told her she was getting 32k for her trade and VPP pricing with # provided. The coerced her to sign with 28k trade and Rea tail for vehicle. Tim and Isaac were the scam artist. she would have saved 4 Thousand at Midway for the same thing. Run from this dealership and these 2 scam artist. The world would be a better place without people like this.
Stay away from Peoria Nissan! If I could give zero stars I would! Tuesday I went there to look at some cars listed on their site. Instead of bringing up the cars to me I had to walk around for 15 to 20 minutes with the salesperson in the wind storm with my kids in tow while he clicked keychains to see if any car's lights came on to see if they still had thrm. I eventually bought a used VW Jetta from them. They said they needed to detail it first but said it would be ready by 1:00 PM Wednesday (the next day). They called m... read more
