Went to the service department to get my car looked at and serviced. Its been there a couple days and I had Sarat helping me throughout the process of everything and he was so helpful! I got everything I needed done on top of great services & working with my time schedules! Will definitely be coming back for all my car issues rather than other mechanics.

I didn't even buy the car, but wanted to give John Breeser and his team kudos for the excellent communication during the "looking" process. John and his team communicated to me and set up an appointment to look at newer used car and when I arrived, they instantly recognized me by name and welcomed me. Had to write a review on recent experience at Peoria Nissan service department. Our service advisor Marcus Romero was the best he took great care of my wife and myself explaining everything along the way and paying great attention to detail. I just bought my third Nissan from Peoria Nissan and the service was amazing as usual. Even with their systems being down due to the national incident, they did exceptional work. Had a wonderful experience/connection with Hanna and Alex at Peoria Nissan. I came in just to look around initially, and Hanna assured me there was no pressure.
